Jaycee R is completely unprofessional in many ways. He's lack of empathy is why I will not be working with this company in the future. Initially, he cancelled to come out and see the damage from my floors due to "fleas" all throughout his home. He never called to reschedule but submitted my claim. Then stopped writing back to me and following up with me when I have an inquiry. He continues to leave me on "Read". The absolute worst. It shows the company's true colors when they have people like Jaycee working for them.
Tile was laid in my bottom floor. Almost 2 years later there are cracks throughout. It was identified that the person who laid the tile didn’t place the black mesh to prevent cracks. Now they are patching my tile in stead of correcting it the right way. The way their warranty says by redoing it the right way. Do not do business with them….
