I would have thought if during the process it came off then it would have been fixed. Very disappointed in this. Would have cost 10 bucks to fix but yet it wasn't. Acknowledgement would have been appreciated. 3 Star : Customer Service Little communication went over 5 days that was projected and no call. I kept calling Stewart's for updates. 5 Star : Returned Clean
