Courteous, straight forward and smart! My in office procedure was fast and painless as he said it would be. Follow-up instructions clear with well communicated timeline. Lucky to have him on my health team.
No complaints about Dr Whitney, but his billing department is another story. Unwilling to do the right thing and change a code so that insurance will cover 100%, despite getting everything pre-approved prior to the procedure. Now I’m on the hook for $1300. Multiple calls, pleading with the billing folks got nowhere. Will not be returning nor recommending.
Dr. Whitney was very easy to talk to, listened and was informative. He has a relaxed attitude that eases the visit. He convinced me he cares about my issues.
I can not say enough about this man. He is very skilled in his profession filled with knowledge. Took care of my mother as well as our entire family with compassion. I never feared a moment with him on our side. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Whitney. You sir are one for the books!
