If I could give ZERO stars I would! This morning, October 3, 2025, my family got a flat tire in our 2024 Lexus 550 GX. They were fortunate enough to exit 45S near Stewart Toyota. Unfortunately their excitement to be at a dealership familiar with our vehicle turned sour really quick. Great experience working with Brandon.
Great service work on my vehicle. I had my vehicle at another dealership and it took them 2 weeks to do nothing. I took it to Gary Gatliff and he had a new transmission in it within a week, not to mention a 2 year warranty on the new transmission. Great communication and service which is rare these days. Thanks to Stewart Toyota and a great staff.
The car we paid cash for is great. However, I called Kristen because I’ve known her forever. I did all the leg work and to help my son. She gave a referral fee to someone that had no knowledge that we were buying . This person texted me to Thank me. I got no response from Kristen when I reached out to her. The person is the mother of her best friend! We will not use her for our salesperson again. I am truly disappointed with her.
