Terrible experience! Completely wasted my day! I called at this morning at 10:15 and talked to Sean the Manager and talked about seeing a car. I told him I’d get off work early in Plano at 3 to be there by 5:30 and when I got there, they had no idea I was coming and the car wouldn’t be able to see until monday 2 days later. Thank you for completely wasting my time! I’ll never do business with you. And would recommend looking for someone who takes their potential clients seriously!
Today I had the best dealership experience. It all started when I got the wrong filters for my Tacoma hybrid limited. I live in Tool, Tx and had already driven there and back once which is about two hours worth of driving. So I didn’t want to have to do it again, but when I got there Robert was so cool. I asked him if I could have a discount on a Toyota hat. He asked where I lived and said I could have two and even let me pick out which two I wanted.
