I recently had the pleasure of working with Erika and Kayla over at Stewart Title, and I must say they delivered phenomenal customer service and surpassed my needs. It was the worst, management, nor the management in reno, help us. They made a major mistake. Do not use!!!
Google made me put a star... they should have zero or worse. This company is the slowest & seems have concerns for the customer. I paid for a property over 6 months ago & they still cannot get the title straight. They are a complete joke, if you respect your customer, use a different title company!
We purchased land last July and closed in September 2024. We are still waiting for the title. I called the county Assessor’s office because their records still show the previous owner’s name. I was told the documents filed were incorrect and had the incorrect Grantor’s name. I called the title company and it took them 3 days to check with the Assessor’s office- and that’s only because I called to follow up. You can’t tell me they weren’t notified the paperwork wasn’t right. I might change the rating once/if this is fixed and... read more
