I wasn't pleased with this title company. I constantly had to check with title members about funding from buyers, they lost the earnest and security deposit. I had to get an extension to give them time to find the funds. They never answered the phone, I was only able to get through to them via email which was a bit frustrating because emails were not answered in a timely manner.
