Horrible! We bought Title Insurance when we bought our house. Came to find out there was an issue with the floor in our family room & the exterior walls. Had a structial engineer come in to inspect the issue. He asked if we purchased Title Insurance, our response was YES WE DID! We also had other contracts in for estimate & they also said it should be covered by Title Insurance.
