Had very good experience working with Stewart Title in Olympia. The whole office was extremely nice and always helpful to get answers to our questions. We did a for sale by owner with owner financing so extra questions and concerns. Melissa Hanna was a pleasure to work with, had our escrow ready in shorter time then expected.

Stewart title in Olympia put the wrong balloon payment date on our closing documents. Called them and left message for them to call us back. Now it is 3 days later and still no call back. Beware.
