If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most frustrating title company experiences I have had. We had a very simple transaction with Andy and his team, yet they still managed to create multiple issues that could have been avoided with proper attention and communication. The first issue involved the HOA. To their credit, they acknowledged the mistake and paid the rush fee to resolve it. My loan transaction as a customer failed to close due to significant deficiencies in the performance and oversight of the escrow team at the title company.
