I would never recommend Stewart Title. They were very unorganized and delayed ordering a new survey for the property. This caused a delay in my closing. They called me at 10:30AM on Friday for a 3PM close that same day. When I got to their office for closing, no one from Stewart Title even acknowledged I was there, or apologized for the delay in closing.
