Sadly this is the title company I have to work with. Closed in June and received overage checks from closing a few days ago… a whole 7 months later. Someone really dropped the ball, not only that instead of sending the checks to the company they addressed the checks to, they sent them to me and told me to figure it out… Filed a complaint with CFBP & Colorado department of regulatory agencies.
