I'm absolutely astounded by their lack of follow up on my SBA loan. We closed with them 6 weeks ago and yet still no disbursement. When I called their SBA department, they had no explanation and told me they were way behind and had "hundreds" of loans to process. I would avoid this title company at all costs right now. They are over their head. I reached out to the local office and they told me they have nothing to do with the SBA department.
