They are always on top of things and they go out of their way to accommodate their clients. Suleyma Andasol actually stayed past 5 pm to complete our signing because my buyer was late to his appointment. Not once did she have a negative reaction to our request to do our signing past closing time. They also have great marketing teams, with amazing material for agents to succeed. I definitely think you should check them out and work with them on your next transaction. You will be glad you did!

Do not recommend using this title company whatsoever, if you can avoid it. First they had put that the seller (me) was to pay some of the closing costs, when it clearly stated on the purchase agreement that buyers are paying all closing costs. Since the figures were not inputted accurately, the buyers had to sign yet another addendum. Then, I was told I would be getting funded today. I check and nope, no funds whatsoever. I called the recorder in the county where I sold my house, and they said that the title company did not ... read more
