Run!! DO NOT USE STEWART TITLE! Stewart Title made closing a nightmare. They were the sellers title company and we have closed over a week and a half late after several clerical errors on their part. My husband owns his own company so when he doesn’t work we don’t get paid. Stewart Title has set up closing several times with us to change that within 58 minutes of the appointment. When I called Sandy ( who is supposedly a boss) to ask how she would fix this she said she would get back to me by end of business. Still waiting o... read more
