We worked with Marsha Stevenson at Stewart Title on closing a mortgage for the boss' niece, and had a significant change out of our control that led to pushing the closing by one business day. Marsha went out of her way to ensure that the documents were done for both the buyer and seller (who is in Utah) Friday night well after hours. Great experience for us and our buyers, and will work with her and her team again if afforded the opportunity.
