The office staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. They made everyone comfortable with the process. The office itself was clean and sanitized between clients. The seller was not prepared for closing so they were juggling the schedule to get it accomplished. They even sent a courier with the documents to the seller so closing was not delayed any longer. This was such a blessing to me.

How unbelieveable that a title company would call a the buyer the day of closing and say, don't come to closing, we still don't have the seller's payoff which wasn't ordered till..... today. You didn't order payoff till the DAY OF CLOSING! How ridiculous. You should have raised red flags two weeks prior to closing knowing full well how long Freedom Mortgage takes to get a payoff done. You could have also held funds in escrow from seller and still closed till the payoff came in. Now the buyer has lost their homestead exemptio... read more
