Rod, Melissa, & Jason were great to work with on a recent loan closing. They kept the process moving even though one of them was out of the office unexpectedly for a family emergency. They were always pleasant to speak with on the phone and in person.

After completion of our settlement statement and settling the remaining balance by wire, that is to say after closing was finalized, I get notice that funds will remain stuck in escrow because Title Durango forgot to include endorsement fees. Unpleasant experience. Seems like details that are apart of the job.
