Worst company ever! The women who did my closing did not complete my wire transfer to the lender before she quit her job so my money sat in limbo until I started getting calls saying my payment is late! Then when they finally sent the wire it was sent short and it turns out they sent a check to my insurance company that was already paid! Great prices, and very knowledgeable. I was closing at another title company and the seller had an issue with the escrow officer so we moved the file to Beth at Stewart Title. She found a lien the other title company hadn't found and helped the seller clear it up before closing. Therefore saving the buyer and seller a hassle in the future.

Great prices on their escrow fee and attorney doc prep fees, some title company's fees are outrageous! Not here, very affordable for the buyer and seller. Also, very honest in letting you know if a title isn't clear. Other title companies just string you along. They let you know what the hold up is, what they're doing to help and how long you can expect to wait.

Service starts with having resources available from the beginning of a transaction. They don't provide pre-paid labels to mail in the earnest money from the customer...

Great customer service!!!They go above and beyond!!!!They keep everyone in the transaction in the loop and prompt response time!
