I like the PT that I go to. But dealing with one of the ladies that works at the front desk has been hard. She won't work with my schedule (you get what you get). I'm a stay at home mom and my husband works I need flexibility. There is another lady who found appointments for me no problem. And today I called to cancel an appointment and i was told I had the wrong number the person I was trying to cancel with did not work there. I was like I'm sure she does. Joann Yngsdal is amazing. She asked a lot of questions about the reason for the visit and explained why she was doing what she was doing. She made both myself and my Mom comfortable. I would recommend them.
