I'm highly disappointed with Stewart Realty. We had a property with them for about 12 years, and I wish we had left much sooner. Their communication with owners and amongst themselves is terrible. Sometimes we would have tenants contact us because Stewart was unresponsive to their requests. We recently took control of our property again in hopes of selling it because we were just done with this company. The state that we found our property was deplorable. Stewart Realty has poor customer service, rarely responds to emails or return calls. Poor communication between employees. Poor follow through with repairs or maintenance. Stewart Realty does not honored their own contract. Our tenant did not pay rent in July, contacted company since nobody from company bothered to inform us. At this time, requested tenant be provided with 60 day eviction notice. Tenant refused to vacate my property on 60th day.
