Had to come late on a Saturday night, as it was the only urgent care still open. My 3 yr. old was complaining about her ear hurting, and running a fever. I thought I'd get her seen because it would be Mon. before we could take her to the pediatrician. They could NOT have been worse with children. My daughter was so upset after they gave her a swab test for strep, she didn't want them any where near her. So I politely, refused the flu swab as I really just needed her ears examined. If I could give the place a zero I would my wife had severe leg and feet pain. Dr Stewart turned my wife away and told the nurse to tell her he couldn't give her pain medication not very precessional
