I’ve lived here for ten years, most of which were under a different manager. The newest manager is like a drill sergeant. States rules and looks at you with a blank or mean face. Never explains or informs you why something is needed that way. No information just rules and disciplinary letters. Plays favorites as far as which tenants have to obey the rules or which rules are to be enforced. Definitely not a people person! If I could find another apartment I’d move!! Sad because I like my apartment and neighbors.
The lady at the front desk was rude!! She didn't want to help ,it's a waste of time even trying to get anywhere!! Since they have lots of military pictures on their front door,Here is a picture of me and my son!!

Real pleasant bunch to deal with 🙄Unprofessional and does not return calls.
Update 8/5/2024: they sent the denial letter again that they sent in in June telling me that I wasn't cooperating with paperwork, but this time they made me sign for it. It was even dated for June. Obviously they like teasing the people they hurt. Got approved for a 2 bedroom. They told me I had plenty of time to get in all my paperwork. 2 days later I got a letter saying that my application was redacted for not turning in paperwork because something I sent them was in the wrong format.
