The owner of this business' name is David Stewart. He tries very hard to be manipulative and controlling of his tenants. I rented one of his houses for a year and a half and broke my lease early because I was starting to have anxiety attacks due to the landlord. He constantly is trying to do "inspections" (anything to have an excuse to come inside your home), when I first moved in he was coming inside whenever he felt like it without notice. I would not recommend anyone rent any of his properties! He is a horrible landlord, he never answers the phone when you call about anything, he has the worst manners ever and I'm pretty sure he's an idiot! he invades your privacy by entering your house without notifying you that he will be there. He's very unprofessional and he lies about a lot of stuff..like if you ask him if it's OK to do something before you move in and he says yes...he will only later tell you that you can't and use it as a reason to evict you...I sugges... read more
