Stewart Properties is an absolute nightmare. Basic arithmetic is far beyond the owner and the financial manager capabilities. They also don't know how to respond to emails, read attachments, nor manage their files at all. At first I thought they might be screwing us over for cash, but I was wrong. They are simply inadequate. Incapable of understanding billing and mathematics entirely.
