I had a misunderstanding with a staff member about an appointment and almost immediately received a call and follow up from the office manager who fixed it. They really take their customer service reputation seriously! No one is mistake free but way to turn a problem into a solution! I am impressed!
The staff is AMAZING! SO very friendly and funny! Very thorough in explanations and we are extremely happy there! Normally my daughter cringes at appointments- not here!
