Dr. Stewart is professional and personable. Takes his time and wants to be sure you understand what is happening with your vision.
The Smithfield staff is inconsistent. They don't answer the phone. You ask to have the eye doctor call you because of a complaint, they don't tell him. You ask to have your prescription faxed and the task is never executed. Just received a call from the vision center, after almost a week past, and found the prescriptions still have not been faxed for your kids. I have been going to Optometrist Stewart for over 5 years now. He is very knowledgeable and his office is ran efficiently. If I have a question about something he is able to provide an example of what happens with the eyes and gives a description of what's happening. Also, his staff seems to has a very pleasant work environment.
They never pick up the phone. Called and asked to get my prescription sent to me 4 times and it still has not been sent, incompetence. Then doesn’t pick up. This is ridiculous
