The Smithfield staff is inconsistent. They don't answer the phone. You ask to have the eye doctor call you because of a complaint, they don't tell him. You ask to have your prescription faxed and the task is never executed. Just received a call from the vision center, after almost a week past, and found the prescriptions still have not been faxed for your kids. I have been going to Optometrist Stewart for over 5 years now. He is very knowledgeable and his office is ran efficiently. If I have a question about something he is able to provide an example of what happens with the eyes and gives a description of what's happening. Also, his staff seems to has a very pleasant work environment.
They never pick up the phone. Called and asked to get my prescription sent to me 4 times and it still has not been sent, incompetence. Then doesn’t pick up. This is ridiculous
By far the most unprofessional place ever. I have been calling since Monday, left voice mails to schedule an eye exam considering my eyes are getting worse. Called Walmart vision center & they confirmed that they are in the office. The gentleman at the vision center said he would pass along my phone number & tell them to call me & nobody ever called me. I wish I could work at a job where I didn’t have to pick up the phones!!
