Highly recommend Stewart and his team. My wife and I have contracted Stewart for 2 home sales, 1 purchase, and set my son up in a great rental contract. We can't say enough good things about working with Stewart. He's very friendly and a great communicator. He knows the York and Simcoe region Real Estate market. He did a great job marketing and in helping us stage/prepare our homes. We got very good prices for our Sales and great deals on the home we bought all with Stewart's guidance.

My wife and I have worked with Stewart Madden for over 30 years since the start of his career. We totally echo the other reviews and add...Stewart is the consummate professional, diligent, intelligent and analytical. He demonstrates patience, care and genuine concern. In a difficult market he sold our house for 98% of asking. This is our third house he has sold and found us our final condo at the Renaissance in Richmond Hill. A quality agent and person.
