I have been here for almost 2 years now and I do not recommend this place. They showed me a new unit during tour but then had me sign a lease for a unit that they refused to show me; I had to request a new unit the same day that I loved in and they basically refused me. I then was able to get a new unit and still it’s not like the one they show. I renewed my lease due to having car trouble at the time of my lease renewal and I wish I hadn’t. I was looking into these apartments. I liked the size for the price. However having a mandatory internet package of $175+ was the nail in the coffin for me, lost a potential resident. That is insane. You will continue to lose future residents with things like that. Thank you to prior reviewers for warning me.
