For two and a half years. I live here at The Brook apartments. It's been a great place to live I feel like I am at home great people to rent from very caring.
I have had an extremely pleasant experience with office staff, Emily Morris and the property manager, Angie. There was an overwhelming marijuana smell in my apartment that was causing me to feel sick, while in the apartment. The office staff dealt with it swiftly and effectively. The marijuana smell is still present, but not as strong as it was. I wanted to give a shout out to Emily Morris leasing consultant at The Brook! Emily was very helpful and attentive, and displays greet customer service which is hard to find these days especially if you have credit blemishes on your background. Emily always greets her tenants with a smile and listened to what the customer is looking to accomplish. Emily and the staff treated some So well that I referred a friend who moved in last week!
