I have lived here for 8 months, while they respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. They don't actually fix the problems. My freezer in refrigerator has been out for months and my sink and tub clogged. I called them and told them, they sent maintenance men out just for them to not do anything about the issues. There is a extreme roach issue as well.
It is a quiet place to live but the management dosent like to fix things. The hallways at night are dark. they haven’t been fixed in months.. Yes they have been reported an a work order has been in for months but they still haven’t fix anything…. In the back none is the apartment hallways have lights an the elderly mostly stay back there… My neighbors a/c went out an she told me that it took them 2 weeks to fix it and it whent out on one of the hottest days of the year… They put her a window unit in an it’s not doing anythin... read more
