Representatives loiter outside private residence (despite 'private property' and 'no soliciting' signage). They have called, texted, and written numerous letters. Have been able to block their phone contact, but there is no 'opt out' on mail contact.

Do not rent from these people. THEY ARE PREDATORY. WATCH OUT. Especially if you have a low income or are an inexperienced renter. Myself and a couple roommates were interested in potentially renting a property from them. We submitted an application, which was quickly approved and then they aggressively pressured us to sign the lease within the span of a week without being able to inspect the property or even have a video tour as a result of COVID-19 and because they said they "had a lot of other interest in the property". This company bought the house (SE 157th Ave in Portland) across the street from us and remodeled it, which is great if they would have finished it. The work there stopped shortly after the summer in 2019 and since then it is just standing there and attracting homeless people, junkies and squatters. I notified this company about all of this, but nobody seemed to care. Now there are standing multiple shopping carts filled with someones belongings and crap in the driveway like parked cars. Extremely helpful with questions or maintenance requests, only one I had to do was for hot water heater and they fixed it right away and now it's awesome. Place came in good condition, affordable price.
We rented from Stewardship Properties for two years while we were living in Eugene. We have nothing but great things to say about them. Prompt with responding to any questions or concerns that we had. Maintenance requests were fulfilled within 24 hours, but typically within just a few hours. Overall, great management and team of people to work with. We highly recommend them!
They have a free application and they are very efficient at hooking you up with a home that's right for you.
