I have received 2 letters in the mail from this company offering to buy my multifamily property. The thing is I live in a trailer park and don't own the property, just the trailer I live in. The first time I put it down to just an error, but the second time is just not caring about what they're doing. I would never deal with this company because they don't seem to have any idea of how to deal with real estate.
