I lived in this complex for over 7 years and was always happy and satisfied. The management is excellent but for the past year the maintenance has deteriorated drastically. Inept, insolent, rude, and obnoxious to say the least. As if they pay our rent for us. I am really disappointed and sincerely think of not renewing my lease anymore. I don't take insolence from anyone. I had written a 5 stars review a few years ago, but I had to delete it because my conscience doesn't allow to fool or cheat anyone
Great experience living here wouldn’t leave it for the world always tell my friends what a wonderful place to move into inconvenience to the highways
After signing my lease, it took them two weeks to review and approve it and contacting me several times when it was already in the system in the office did not review an approval. Unacceptable.
Seriously don’t do it because if I could I would give them no stars. To start off you will be paying an outrageous amount in rent for very low quality apartments with MANY problems that they will continue slapping bandaids on. There is also someone constantly entering your unit for all kinds of “mandatory inspections” they make up and then do absolutely nothing about whatever they find.
