I've been a Stewards Crossing resident for 9+ years. During that time, the property had 3 owners and multiple property managers/maintenance staff. The current property owners hired knowledgeable, friendly managment and staff. The property owners invested in Stewards Crossing in multiple ways. The current property manager & assistant property manager care about the residents. They are responsive, helpful & friendly. This apartment was advertised as a clean, newly finished unit, but the reality was completely different. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that the workmanship and quality were extremely low. There was paint splattered all over the floors and walls, and the moldings were warped, poorly cut, and didn’t fit properly, making the apartment feel unfinished and cheaply done.
