I was advised by my Primary Care to call my OB/GYN about an issue I am having. I was informed by the person who answered the phone that I needed a different doctor for this issue. Apparently a doctor or NP answer the phone here?
I will say I have been going to Judy and she is amazing, however, I had a recent concerning medical condition and was told to call the office if symptoms happen again. Scared, I called left 2 messages with no call back, not even an appt to be seen. I followed up and called the next day and expressed how nervous and anxious I was and pleaded for a return call or if we could schedule the procedure the doctor recommended. Again, no call back. This was on a Friday so had to go the whole weekend without knowing what was happening... read more
