Very poor service they have you in the waiting room for 8 hrs waiting to be called in to see a doctor very poor excuse for a hospital 👎
Came in to the ER with a serious medical condition. Seriously cannot believe I waited over 3 hours in the waiting room for an ultrasound and labs. Left w/out being seen. Hopefully i don't die from anything serious tonight.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience my mother had at this hospital located at 235 N Pearl St, Brockton. After she was involved in an accident, an ambulance brought her to the hospital around 10:00 p.m. She was in severe pain, yet for hours no one came to properly care for her. Every time she tried to get a staff member's attention or ask for help, she was ignored or they walked away without giving her any information. Kicked my autistic brother out while being in there with a head injury. Asked for ginger ale, and nurse gave an attitude because he interrupted them. Then he asked for water and they told him they'd give it to him. They did not. He then went to go get the ginger ale himself (he has autism), security then wrap his arms around my brother and told my brother that he was going after the "girls". I called the head nurse, and she just had an attitude.
