Eboni admitted to her “oversight” of not reading her email when my sister sent one regarding a new parking pass for her car. She works during office hours and is also unable to call during the day because of her job. Her car was subsequently towed and Eboni refused to take responsibility stating it was her fault even though she admitted to her “oversight” earlier in the conversation. I have lived at Steward Towers for about 8 months and I have really enjoyed my experience! Eboni and her team are attentive, kind, and always so helpful with all of my questions. Every one in the building is so kind and I love the location of the building.
