This is about Dr Romie Mundy. I contacted his office on Feb 8 @ 4:15 about a procedure on Feb 10 @ 10:30 to let them know I had to take a uber they put me on hold to check then replied it would be OK. On Feb 9 they called me at 2:30 to confirm and I told them again and they put me on hold and said it was OK. I ended up getting sent home after spending $100 on the prep and uber. I have seen 2 surgeons at this practice and they were/are amazing. I have seen Dr.Gordon and Dr. Mandy. Dr. Mandy took me right in same day from the doctors office next door (thank god). The office staff, nurses and medical assistants are pleasant, compassionate, caring and funny. The whole practice is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
