Dr Patel is kind and thorough. I never wait long in the waiting room, and he never seems rushed in his exam.
Dr K is always attentive listens and gives options. Very happy with the patient Dr relationship However I have been told to have a CAT scan and that can’t be performed for over two weeks - so that’s not so good on the Steward medical side. If you require CAT / MRI it typically means info is needed. Not very good situation to have to wait so long.
I love my primary care physician very much and think that he genuinely cares about his work, his patients, and what he does. However, the same cannot be said for the office staff, who are very unprofessional and ruin the entire experience. A majority of the people at the front desk act so annoyed when you ask them questions.
