Quick appointments for general women’s health which I prefer. Doctor Soto was very professional and nice. The nurses weren’t very nice though and made me feel like an irritant they had to deal with even though I was just following their directions and doing what they asked. No one ever smiled and it seemed like everyone but the doctors hated their job. I would not recommend this place.
Professional and Caring, Shawn Dague, APRN is informative and truly understands the importance of Womens Health and Wellness. She is a cheerleader for post menopause and I learned a lot, followed her care plan. The front staff are well informed and made insurance easy. I recommend her to all of my friends. Hello! So, I want to start off by saying this was recommended this place from my mom. I looked up online OBGYNs that take Medicaid, and this was the second thing to pop up. So I said, ok it must be the best! I have Medicaid, this is my first pregnancy, I’m 19, and I don’t have a lot of money. I have had so many issues with this office. It is common to wait 45 minutes just to get someone on the phone and then they rudely transfer you to an extension that goes to voicemail where you won’t get a call back for a week, if at all. One time while I was sick I needed to speak to a nurse or doctor on call. I called before the office closed but no one answered.
