Someone answer the phone!
Nice people. But terribly ineffective and don’t really act as if they care or understand. Always forgetting to call in prescriptions. Usually requires CVS calling plus the patient calling 2-3 times before they actually get your prescription called in. They only handle any inquires on Mon and Weds. which means you go over a week every time CVS needs approval. Leaves patients in pain and discomfort constantly.
I can honestly say that all the staff I have had to interact with here have been nothing but great and an enjoyment to be around. When dealing with all aspects of the main reason being at a place like this. This has been the least headache and easiest part of the process. The kindness and professionalism here has helped tremendously. One major thing has been the ability to speak with someone directly through phone call or text. If you do leave voicemail.
