I love DR Irma but their staff is very unprofessional they don't answer phone calls, it's not fair if a patient is calling all day you guy's should answer the phone. Very unprofessional staff
The only reason I like this place is because of my doctor and some of the staff. Every time I have an issue, they send me to urgent care or the ER. This place is useless. A doctor’s office that runs on a skeleton crew all the time. I can only see my doctor for an annual physical. Any time I’ve been sick, I can only be seen on a screen. I wonder if they charge insurance full price for telehealth visits. It’s definitely poor management, no other businesses get away with these types of practices.
