Wish I could give zero stars. They took over my apartment complex (Estancia Estates) a few years ago and things could not be going worse if they tried. They have no maintenance employees and will lie to your face about it. No hot water in a month and they have no interest in fixing it. I think they are honestly just not paying the bill and pocketing the money. I live at the sutton in madison alabama. My a/c has been out for months, they gave me a window unit it only cools my bedroom. I have never been late for rent once or anything. The pool is advertised but isn't in working order. I pay for pest control in my rent and that hasn't been done either. I honestly don't know what I'm paying so much for rent for if the basics can't even be done! They can't even mow the grass when needed! They said the can't do maintenence now...make that make sense?
Would not recommend anyone to rent from this company. They have ruined the cottages at twin lakes in Pensacola the haven't pick up trash in like a month
The Cordelia and all of Stewart and Helmes property in Ft Walton area are now dumps thanks to this company. Lawn not cut (It h.as been cut 1 time since last November and it is now June. Pool not working. Leaves and debris never cleaned up. Planters full of weed. Bug population × 100. Restricted dog breeds (per my lease)allow. Dog droppings everywhere. Driveway crumbling. RUN away from their properties as Fast as you can.
