My family and I resided at the Estates at Avenstar for approximately a year or so. The first apartment we lived in which was a 4-bedroom, caught an electrical fire (NOT THE FIRST APT IN THEIR COMPLEX TO HAPPEN) and we were forced into a 3-bedroom apt because nothing else was available. Would not recommend anyone to rent from this company
They took over my current apartment complex, The Papillon, and they completely ran it into the ground and made it basically unlivable. It wasn’t that great when we first moved in, but in this past year it’s gotten so much worse. (look it up and see the review i left with all the issues under The Papillon in FL) Keep your bullshit in Texas Steward & Helm and take your piss poor “property management” back with y’all. By far this is the worst management company that i have ever worked for, they do not care about the employees or the residents they just want the dollar if you work here you will not receive the proper training that you will need to be successful, and they will work the hell out of youonly to for you when you stand up to them do not fall for this company, i was a Maintenance supervisor on 2 of their properties and I had no assistant no make ready no porter, just me and a lot of issues with leaking rooftop heating and ac, and... read more
