This office has hard time answering calls, you have to constantly leave vm, which they don’t call you back. Spoke to Manager she was very rude so unprofessional staff was rude as well they don’t know what they’re doing. They shouldn’t get no stars!!
Gave me 80 mgs of a pill I am supposed to get 18 mg of, only didn't end up in the hospital because I noticed it was heavier, I later called the pharmacy who confirmes it was on the doctors end, I did not request a higher dosage Pictured: Left: new pills I got yesterday Right: normal amount
DO NOT GO HERE! When I first went to my appointment 3 weeks ago, I was told my medication would be sent to the pharmacy, which I know I wrote on my intake paperwork cause I had to Google it. I was also told that someone would call me about my referral. 2 weeks later I finally call (probably should have called sooner but my fault for thinking they were doing thier job and just busy) and they never put my pharmacy in the system which is why I never got my medication and I still hadnt recieve a call about where my referral woul... read more
