My daughter is a patient of Dr. Hassan Batayneh, she is medicated for seizures, she was running out of one medication which is a controlled substance, we had the pharmacy requesting a prescription about five days Before the medication ran out, I personally called the day she had the last pill. This office has hard time answering calls, you have to constantly leave vm, which they don’t call you back. Spoke to Manager she was very rude so unprofessional staff was rude as well they don’t know what they’re doing. They shouldn’t get no stars!!
Gave me 80 mgs of a pill I am supposed to get 18 mg of, only didn't end up in the hospital because I noticed it was heavier, I later called the pharmacy who confirmes it was on the doctors end, I did not request a higher dosage Pictured: Left: new pills I got yesterday Right: normal amount
