El Hadji was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were extremely impressed with his customer service. This is not first vehicle we purchased from him and most likely will return again. Great experience.
Superior poor quality service department. I have tried for over a year to get my truck in for repair as I would like a dodge dealer to do the work. Each time I call and ask for a quote I am always told that they will contact me with a quote only to be left hanging. Now there is never anyone to even to speak with. When asked to speak to management I get redirected to the call center. Extremely disappointed.
I highly recommend Stew Hansen. The hard work and dedication from Heidi and Tony to get me into a car was a god send. They both went over and beyond to make sure they exceeded my expectations! They both walked me thru every aspect of the car buying experience. I will definitely be back to upgrade to a newer car at some point and will gladly send everyone I know to Stew Hansens!
