I had an excellent car-buying experience at this dealership for the 2nd time! The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. Boris was an outstanding salesman—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. He answered all my questions and made the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Boris to anyone looking to buy a car!
Today we were looking for 2 cars that I want to buy, I already purchase a truck last yer here, but when we got into the offices some came ask if we have been help, we said not ye, then he ask one the representatives and he said no, that was really disrespectful, he probably thought that we're not going to buy anything. This shoukd not be happening here in Stevinson Toyota
They damaged my vehicle, and lied about the work I needed to have performed. Two different service advisors from here gave me two totally different lists of "needed service", and one list included work that was ALREADY DONE, BY THEM, weeks before! Specifically, a brake job they did, which they seem to have forgotten about, as they tried to sell me the same brake job weeks later (obviously no inspection took place).
