Have your oil change here if you like to be ripped off. They will offer a 2 for 100 oil change. On the second oil change, they will say that the oil filter housing was damaged due to being over tightened. Charge you 100 bucks for a new one and then over tighten it again so they can rip you off the next time you go back. Great job, below average Toyota techs!
I needed my backup camera replaced. $800 fine, do it. Then Stevenson Toyota told me a bolt sheared, accessing the camera, and I would need a kit to replace that, another $800! No way! $1,600 to replace a backup camera! A waste of three hours of my time!
