I ordered a part online, and they only send me the cable. Spoke to Bob, had no issues getting the right part and everything straightened out. Epic service.
I was working with Preston Mink, and he was amazing throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, which I really appreciated. He was a great salesman and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Overall a wonderful experience, with a few hiccups I called to get a status on my order, and never really got an answer. But a few hours later, got an email that the order was ready for pickup......same outcome either way, the order was being fulfilled. Just some communication timing mishap.
