I took my brand new car that I got in February to the dealership in June for my low engine oil light being on. They confirmed it was damaged wires and charges me $800+ dollars for it to be fixed. Within two days the light came back on and I was told that the same wires are damaged and it will be an additional $500+ to fix. Scheduled repair a month in advance to take care of a flaw that allows people to simply steal my car with the click of a button. They told me a day before the appointment they couldn't do it. Simply incompetent.
Do not shop at this dealer.They trick you with every corner to get you in. Make sure you have everything in writing. Do not trust anyone here. They bag you for the good reviews even though you are not happy with them.My car supposedly come with the all weather floor mats. When I got my car it did not....I asked them where my floor mat is. This establishment does poor poor business. I was lied to many times. I was treated with such disrespect and disregard. Should not be listed as anything other than terrible.
My daughter and I reached out on a 2013 Hyundai about a week ago, Jim was very patient and helpful with all of our requirements and specifications. We worked with Bob as well, also incredibly responsive and genuinely friendly. We took a test drive on Saturday and fell in love with our gently used Elantra GT!
