I called them today to cancel our services. He said, They were scheduled to come to my house today. I said, please do not come. He said,He didn’t know if he could get a hold of his guys. Seriously people have cell phones. I put big signs in my front yard telling them not to fertilize. They did anyway. I am so angry.
If you call Steve he will automatically enroll you into services and send crews to your house even if you don't ask him to. We called for pricing and he sent people to our house and left a bill. I called and told him not to do it again and he cussed me out and sent another crew to my house and left another bill. He thinks he is god but in reality he is a ****************, his wife is too, and they like to steal from mostly the elderly of Omaha and nothing is ever done about it. This man is a crook! He is harassing me for service I DID NOT authorize and threatening to sue me! Any advice on who to contact for a cease and desist! I’m not going to have my credit affected but this crook!
All I can attest to is the experience I've had with this yard care company. Steve's yard care has been doing my aeration for more then a few years. He always calls in the fall wanting to know if and when I would like it done. He has never charged me more than the quoted price. I find his prices very reasonable. I am not related to, nor know Steve in any way other than the service he provides me.
I have been reading about steves yard care and I want to say that I have had steves on and off now for over 10 years and he has done what he says he is going to do the pricing and billing is no problem the guys did run over a down spout one time but steve paid for a new one I would say he has a good business and I have no complaints with them as a service
same story as everyone else, scammed our good friend along with hundreds of others. there are too many decent small business owners in Omaha to settle for dealing with essentially a thief!
Wow~ total fraud! What your doing to people in city of omaha is no less than robbery. Just why are you doing this to people? I do hope you are prosecuted and not able to operate in any service industry again. Shame on you.... 😵

If you do business with this company, get everything in writing. I was quoted 39 dollars for 4 treatments a year. Instead of 4 treatments, I got close to 20. He loved to leave voicemails saying that they would be by to treat the yard ect. If you didn't answer or get back to him right away, he felt that was you asking for the service. He'd call and leave a message at 9 am while i was at work and by 10 his guys would already have a bill on my door.
