Julian Williamson I am sorry I was not able to cut the tree for you. The tree was located on the neighbors property. I went next door the neighbor said no I do not want it cut I've told them several times. I don't understand why you gave me a bad review because I would not break the law and remove a tree that not on your property with no permission to cut.
