Paid this guy to do a job with my husband and he never showed up. Now he won't answer his phone and turned it off. So unprofessional. Give us our money back or do the job like you said.
Not a good company to do business with. Dishonesty and rudeness along with theft can not be made up by good climbing. Sorry Steve thats not how life works. Give me my equipment back and pay me for my work Steve and I will remove the post.
Made an appointment on June 14th for July 1st. No show, no call, no response to texts or calls. Update: He finally texted my husband back at 10:35 on the day the work was to be done (at 8:00 a.m.), saying he thought he texted Tuesday, but looks like it didn't send. SURE. Said his guys were running a "lil behind" and needed to schedule for next week. When my husband told him nope, we hired someone else, he replied with this text.
All the guys were very professional and timely. I recommend them for any tree or stump needs.
