I called this company late on 01/24 due to a car being parked in my reserved spot (which I pay monthly for) for several hours. The operator who answered informed me that they could not tow a vehicle without a member of the leasing office present to sign the slip. I confirmed with the operator that they had the right apartment complex, and that there was nothing they could do for me, and we hung up. Dan, my driver, was absolutely amazing! When my truck broke down on the side of the road, he arrived quickly and handled everything with professionalism and care. He kept great communication throughout the entire process, making sure I knew what to expect and ensuring my truck was safely delivered to the dealership. 1st time using Steve's Towing, my friends vehicle had a radiator leak and they came fast and were real professional and friendly, both the tow guy and receptionist who took care of the call. Definitely recommend and use again.
