I recently took my vehicle to Steve's Tire & Auto to fix my front brakes. Austin and Jonathan both assisted me and were very professional and friendly. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Jonathan noted that my battery would likely need to be replaced sometime soon, along with some additional things the tech noticed. Quoted me $1000 to replace the alternator. I bought one and installed it myself for $350. Also didn’t like the $150 + tax diagnostic fee, but I knew that going in.
Not impressed with price he said 150 to diagnose and then he say he can't open my hood until he gets to he $$ price he diagnosed my car but never told what work need to be done I had 2 light on and never said it just said the price when diagnose the car 🚨🚨🚨 respectfully
