Great and thorough job by Steve! Tile and grout look amazing. Highly recommend.
Steve was amazing to work with from beginning to end. His quote was prompt and reasonable. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional, and did an excellent job cleaning the floors in my house, which had just undergone huge cosmetic updates. I had a few glitches that threw a monkey wrench in the schedule, and he worked it out with a smile on his face. He went above and beyond in every way. I highly recommend Steve.
Appointment was scheduled but Steve went to a different customer's house and after contacting me finally arrived 30 minutes late. He inspected the tile to be cleaned and confirmed his price upon arrival. The Tile cleaning was not the quality I had received from other companies in the past. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the bathroom tile in particular that did not look any cleaner. Steve said he would take $50 off the price and I agreed and paid him via Zelle. We had a great experience with Steve! Our inherited house's tile floor and grout hadn't been deep cleaned for 30 years and the grout especially, was pretty dark. Steve made the whole house floors and grout look brand new! Thanks again Steve! The Layne Family
Totaly disaster. Guy show up and measure my tiles for over 150 sqf more then I have. He will count huge jacuzzi in the bathroom and all countertops islands ans kitchen and bathroom cabinets as a flooring what need to be cleaned too!!! That's not the worst. I'am very busy person and I don't have time to deal with that issue about square footage back then. I should kick him out from my house right away. For the first hour they will walk and spray your tiles with some solution and they keep spraying untill everything is flooded... read more
